The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between modern information and communication technologies and increase employee productivity, taking into account the intermediary variables (gender, education and career history) in industries with a strategic approach (case study: electrical engineering). To achieve this goal, a survey method and a questionnaire tool were used at the staff level of the East Tehran Electric Company. Data were collected using 108 sampling methods (using Cochran formula) and the results were analyzed by SPSS and Lizrel software. . The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the new information and communication technologies (training of staff and managers, the existence of the Internet in the organization, the existence of communication networks, the availability of appropriate software, reducing the physical size of information repositories, transparency in doing things), and the productivity variables of employees ( Motivation, staffing ability, organizational support, unity and agreement, feedback, credibility and understanding of the job) and considering that the calculated SIG is less than the significance level of 5% (α = 0.05), thus 95% confidence It can be said that all of the variables mentioned are related to each other, ie the use of technologies The new information and communication tools increase employee productivity. For results on the impact of mediating variables, the most benefit is the technology available between self-employed employees and at the graduate level. Also, the results of the ranking using the Topsis technique show that the employees' ability to work, understanding and recognizing the job, organizational support, motivation, feedback, credibility, environmental compatibility and for the new information and communication technologies, respectively, were used for employee productivity, respectively. The training of staff and managers, the existence of the Internet in the organization, the existence of communication networks, the availability of suitable software, reducing the physical size of information repositories, transparency in doing things have the most impact.
