In this thesis the electromagnetic consideration of a smart robotic ablation process on the hot line was examined. For this aim the principles of shielding were studied and as the robot works on the insulators, the complex of tower and high voltage insulators were also studied and modeled. After probing the methods of computing electromagnetic fields and solving the differential equations, by choosing the finite element method all the modeled equipment was simulated. For analyzing and computings of magnetic field, a calculating and analyzing methods by considering Amperes and Maxwell laws were devised.
After that, by computing and analysing the distributions of fields on the robot, the effects of them were studied. After obtaining and exmamining the sensitive parts of the robot by exploiting shielding principles, the shielding models were proposed.
After all, by considering the principles of shielding and studying the field before and after shielding the performance of shields by regarding standards were recorded. And this procedure concluded to proposing some suitable shields for the smart robot.
