Abstract
This thesis begins with a pathology matter, which involves everybody nowadays; and its
construction of villas. Villages are about to destroy, and villas are becoming a vogue and I
believe this is going to annihilate all the precious culture of villages. Also it will cause
deforestation and depletion of unreproducible energies. Nowadays many emprises are
implemented to prevent this procedure of constructing villas. Many critics requested to stop
constructing villas and start protecting environment and forests, but unfortunately constructing
villas is becoming customary day by day. Now it is our responsibility as a human being to
improve the quality of lives, but how?
The procedure of constructing villas is growing rapidly. Now with an appropriate pattern of
villa, which doesn’t damage forests and doesn’t annoy occupants, we can play a great part in
this matter. So that other occupant embraces the method of this pattern (villa) and uses them in
their houses. The ground of the village can be more prone than before for occupants. When the
ground can have plenty of fruit trees and agricultural products, occupants are able to use them.
Therefore according this in first chapter the framework of the study will be proceed which
includes, introduction, necessity of the subject, purposes, questions, hypothesizes, history of
the subject, reasons of choosing the site and specifications of it, succinct introduction of
physical program, scientific and researchable approaches of this thesis, expressing the issue,
methods of implementing the project, the way of analyzing information, innovative attribute of
the study, probable applications of this study conclusions and probable users of them. In second
chapter theoretical basis of the study will be discussed which includes; introduction, subject
philology, subject history, description of theoretical factors which are related to the subject. In
third chapter case studies in our country and other countries will be introduced. In fifth chapter
site analyzes will be discussed, in sixth chapter standards and physical program of the project
will be presented and in final chapter the proposal design will be suggested.
According to the studies an abstract of conclusions are; having a specific pattern for
constructing villas seems necessary, an independent domicile which can produce its own
energy from solar energy and other natural energies. It seems we can make the ground more
prone so that it can surmount requirements of the occupants and other people in the
neighborhood. According to the purposes and questions, the study which is implemented has
adequate sufficiency for accomplishment.
