The purpose of this study is to find the physical components of environment and its impact on human psyche with fear control approach in hospitalisation wards. For this purpose, by study of the psychological concepts and psychological needs of human in the category of fear, the presentation of physical components and, consequently, the impact of these components on the purpose of this research have been addressed.. On the other hand, by investigating the concept of fear, it became clear that the psychic aspect of human has never been measurable by objective criteria, and the researcher should be looking for the physical and meta-physical factors that affect this feeling, to be able to control fear in the environment.This research, by investigating the factors affecting fear, attempts to create a relaxed environment in therapeutic spacees. In order to achieve this goal, the subject matter of the subject was first approached to the related components in this field, and then, with field research, narrowed the scope of these factors and ultimately led to specific issues in the field of creating an environment It resulted with free stressful stimuli. At the end, all principles and bases of extraction from a variety of documentary and survey studies are presented in the form of applied design rules and as the basis for the reconstruction of the hospitalization departments of the Shahid Madani Hospital in Karaj.
