One of the most important tasks of the Islamic Government of IRAN is to pay attention to eliminate the deprivation of the oppressed of society. The charitable models in the country, in many cases, have become a specialized financial management, while good affairs must play a role in the growth and excellence of humans due to the purely financial nature of charities and The financial glance at the charity instead of the volunteers has been removed from the process of human immaturity.
The main theme of this research is the design of a crowdsourcing social activity model for social activism aimed at activating the volunteering potential of the people in Tehran.
With researches and studies on models of social activities, the most models have been influenced the researcher's view to explanation of the research model. However, the Grounded Theory (GT) does not begin with guess, and the relationships between variables and research components are not predetermined, but based on observations and data collected and according to the differences and similarities Explaining and providing the necessary premises for theorizing. Therefore, this method is chosen to study the model.
In this research, the main phenomenon is the features of the crowdsourcing of the model, based on the findings of the Grounded Theory method, classified into five categories of absorption, activity definition, motivation, type of communication, and monitoring and evaluation, and these five categories are respectively Three, two, four, three and three concepts, and the total number of codes is one hundred twenty-three. According to providers, these codes lead to more community involvement in social services.
According to the classification of experts' opinions using the Grounded Theory method, it was decided that according to the ecosystem of public services, social services and activities in individual formats, semantics and charities should be Instead of redesigning a charity or organization, the role models in the current ecosystem are planned into the model under discussion
