Open innovation is important because of its nature and increasing the need for organizations to communicate with the environment and have a successful organization. In this applied research, we first examine open innovation, concept, and its types. In the following, due to the close relationship between knowledge management and innovation, we will examine the effects of knowledge management on innovation. This research is in terms of applied and quantitative and qualitative research component. In this research, Hybrid MCDM method, which combines ANP and DEMATEL methods, is used to identify, prioritize and determine the relationship between open source knowledge and innovation components. So far, quantitative studies have been conducted on the systematic relationship between the stages of KM with the process of open innovation. On the other hand, the implementation of KM in the innovation process is not modeled using decision techniques. The results of network analysis and Dimetal's technique show that The 8 main criteria, along with 55 sub-criteria, are important and relevant in this regard. Some of the most important criteria are:1. The exchange of knowledge and technology sharing with stakeholders and participation in technology and innovation networks is of the highest importance 2. Development of knowledge and technology based on internal and shared resources and actors of the value chain is of the second importance 3. The use of knowledge and technology through entrepreneurship and the development of industrial structures has the third highest significance among the eight other criteria 4. The use of knowledge and technology in the development of new products and services has the fourth priority 5. The acquisition of the idea, knowledge and technology associated with the company is the fifth important 6. The identification and evaluation of the company's idea. Also, some of the most important sub-criteria are: the use of tacit knowledge and experience of individuals and experts of the licensing company, Review and analysis of joint venture projects (industry structure and product type) and the production of joint papers and joint patent applications with domestic and foreign partners, Continuing relationship with the bachelor's in order to identify the challenges and challenges posed by technology. Also, using the DEMETEL technique, four criteria for assessing knowledge and technology in terms of social, environmental and technology dimensions, idea acquisition, knowledge and technology related to the company, knowledge storage through the internal and shared infrastructure, and identification and evaluation of the ideas and knowledge associated with The company was identified as an effective factor and cause, and four other criteria were identified as affected and affected.
With regard to the integrity and coordination achieved, we will find a suitable model for using it in e-payment companies, and organizations can compete with the ability to communicate with open source knowledge and innovation.
