Companies are striving to produce high quality and safe products with reasonable price and tend to be responsive to customer's needs faster than market changes. Nowadays in the automotive industry, car safety has become a requirement for customers and even a universal demand, because every year traffic accidents impose economic and social costs on societies. Hence, organizations and companies have always sought a solution to coordinate and integrate in different dimensions and levels to enhance vehicle safety. Adequate context is essential to create coordination, integration and utilization of shared resources at affordable prices. Safety design platform based on cloud computing has been proposed to coordinate, interact and share related resources. As a result, while eliminating the challenges of accessing traffic accident data, the flexibility and agility of organizations will be enhanced. A survey of traffic accidents in Iran and their comparison with the traffic accident reports in some parts of the world has led to the presentation of a standard traffic accident report with a separability and appropriate detail. Integration of information and data sources in the involved organizations has also been considered, and virtual integration has been suggested as a cloud platform service. As an application of the platform presented, the existing car safety equipment is provided with the use of axiomatic design theory to enhance car safety. In the first step of the axiomatic design theory, the customers' needs (CN) for vehicle safety were identified using data mining tool. The data mining tool has been used in two stages of clustering and extracting association rules. The rules were analyzed and evaluated, resulting in the identification of the most important customers' needs for car safety. Finally, the extracted needs are defined as the functional requirements (FR) and then according to these functional requirements, the design parameters (DP) of the car safety are provided
