Abstract:
By daily increase of population, obviously the increasing requirement for accommodation and ineffectiveness of the traditional and common systems in mass production of accommodation, approaching to industrial mass production of accommodation seems necessary.Therefore the most important issue to discuss about solving the housing problem is changing the view and resolving it from another point of view.In recent decades some plans were presented for industrialization of buildings that have had little efficiency.
In this research, initially, we study the history of industrialization and within mentioning the advantages and disadvantages of this method and the related issues about industrialization in our country will be discussed. And by providing a questionnaire regarding the affecting factors on industrialization, will study the efficiency or inefficiency of industrialization of construction in Iran.
Regarding the inefficiency of civil industry in our country, in terms of both quality and quantity according to the practitioners of this industry.
We have prioritized the factors involving in this inefficiency based on freedman test. Which the most important one is entering unprofessional people in civil industry, and lack of enough knowledge and experience of selected governmental managers regarding the industrialization and lack of mass investment in industrialization.
In the following some approaches were presented in this regard.
