Abstract:
In this work, composite of chitosan/Cu2(BDC-NH2)2(DABCO) was prepared by ball-milling method. As organic solvent was not used, it can be considered as a green approach. Short reaction times and high yield of products are other advantages of this method. The synthesized composite was characterized by IR, XRD, AAS, FE-SEM, EDX and TGA method and exhibited excellent catalytic activity for the synthesis of a wide variety of 1,4-disubstituted-1,2,3- triazoles via a one-pot three-component click reactions of terminal alkynes, sodium azide, and alkyl bromides/chlorides with sodium ascorbate as reducing agent under ball milling conditions. While no chemical solvent was used during the reaction, by few amout of catalyst and during short reaction time, variety of 1,2,3-triazole products with high yield were achieved. The synthesized products were characterized by IR and 1HNMR.
