Abstract
Topics of tourism and that its development as a source of income is considered by many countries and in recent years in our country, it was raised as a strategy to reduce dependence on petroleum resources. In this regard, through systematic planning and the provision of necessary infrastructure, it can be made to reduce the initial payback time and time to achieve profitability and increase the durability of tourism. One of the necessary infrastructures in this case, is the creation of tourist resorts, especially in rural areas. In the meantime, desert areas due to having a lot of potentials, have always been of interest to tourists and nature battalion and are welcomed by a crowd of local and foreign travelers. But due to lack of accommodation and welfare facilities, accommodation and durability tourists necessitate the provision of tourist resorts in the country. Accordingly, this thesis was written to Design an ecotourism complex with considering Earth sheltering (In Tabas Ismael Abad area)
To achieve this, two questions were raised: in a warm and dry climate in a village, how can we create architectural harmony with the climate and ecology of the region? And who can scientific and technological advances perform their role in recreating an architectural harmony with the climate? To answer the research questions, in the literature review (theoretical foundations), via qualitative research, and descriptive - analytical studies and in energy issues, via quantitative – correlation method, we try to answer these questions.
Through analyzing the results and modeling and analysis of final form in "Design Builder" software, in order to evaluate local climate solutions, it became clear that low cost innovative technologies in the harmony with the climate, which are applicable by local people; indigenous solutions such as the use of central courtyard, wind deflector, and the placement of the building on the ground, in addition to enjoying both new technologies such as solar cells, and construction technologies such as rammed earth, makes creating complex in harmony with the climate and lack of attention to these two, causes reduced efficiency and comfort in buildings.
