Smart grids are one of the key building blocks of sustainable energy in the future. These networks provide five main applications: smart systems, smart resource supplies, smart consumers, smart transmission and smart service providers (electricity and other energy carriers). Smart consumers are considered as one of the smart grid applications, and this research has addressed this issue. The development of logical scenarios that allow the use of smart metering is very important in converting ordinary consumers to smart consumers.
With this introduction, the present study seeks to provide intelligent meta-analytic scenarios and to examine the role and necessity of the presence of each of the actors in these scenarios. Implementing any smart metering scenario requires a cost / benefit analysis to determine the effectiveness of the assessment and the role of each factor. It is important to note that the text refers to intelligent energy networks called smart networks, so if there is a particular smart network, its name will be strictly mentioned. Therefore, smart power grid will be one of the types of smart energy networks.
