باززنده سازي و توانبخشي محوطه هاي باستاني, نقش منسجم و منظمي در راستاي احيا و حفاظت از يك مجموعه تاريخي را ايفا ميكنند. شهر بلقيس يك محوطه تاريخي مرده محسوب ميشود كه بازگو كننده هويت فرهنگي و تمدن غني مردم منطقه شمال خراسان است, از اين رو حفاظت و توانبخشي اين محوطه ميتواند در زنده كردن هويت مردم اين ناحيه موثر واقع شود. از اين رو در اين تحقيق بر آن شديم تا روندي براي توانبخشي محوطه تاريخي ارائه دهيم كه در آن بتوان اهميت شهر تاريخي را به مردم منطقه بازگو كرد و مكاني را براي رفاه حال مراجعين و بازديد كنندگان طراحي كرديم تا در آن اطلاعاتي در خصوص تاريخچه شهر قديمي و اهميت وجود آن به مردم منطقه و ناحيه داده شود. روش تحقيق در حوزه ادبيات نظري و پيشينه در اين پژوهش، (تاريخي)و(توصيفي-تحليلي)و در حوزه مطالعات ميداني، روش تحليل با ابزار گردآوري داده و روش تحليل، تحليل توصيفي مي¬باشد.نتايج پژوهش حاضر، دستيابي به روشي براي طراحي مركز بازديدي كه تمام رفاه حال مراجعين به محوطه را فراهم كرده و در برجسته كردن اين محوطه كمك كند.

The rehabilitation and restoration of ancient sites play a coherent and systematic role in restoring and preserving a historical complex. The city of Belqis is a deadly historical site that reflects the cultural identity and rich civilization of the people of the northern part of Khorasan, therefore, the protection and rehabilitation of this site can be effective in alive the identity of the people of this area. Therefore, in this study, we decided to present a process for the rehabilitation of the historic site in which we can map the importance of the historic city to the people of the region and provide a place for the well-being of visitors and visitors, in which information about the history of the city Old and its importance to the people of the region and the region. The research method in the field of theoretical and historical literature in this research is (historical) and (descriptive-analytical) and in the field of field studies, the method of analysis with the data collection tool and the method of analysis, descriptive analysis. The results of this study are to find a method for designing a visiting center that will provide all the amenities of the visitors to the site and help to highlight the area.
