One of the solutions proposed to finance and improve the quality of services In infrastructure projects is to ise The public-private contracting methods .These types of contracts have been highly welcomed in developed countries and have been successful in many cases.In Iran, in recent years, a small number of power plant and freeway projects have been implemented using this method, which has been accompanied by a lack of knowledge of public-private partnerships with Problem.
The goal of this research is to evaluate the success of public-private partnerships for road and airport projects. In the first step, theoretical study of success factors in the projects was dealt with. In the next step, using the valid questionnaire used for transport projects in Europe and its localization for use in this study, we examined the success indicators In the studied projects, the road and airport were dealt with and questionnaires were distributed among the companies active in the airport and road in Tehran province.
The results of this study, which were analyzed by SPSS software, show that in both the airport and road sections, the projects in the financing index, with the mean reasons. It is possible to boycott the country and exchange rate fluctuations
