چكيده هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي تاثير اخلاق حرفه‌اي با رويكرد اسلامي بر سبك زندگي سازماني كاركنان دولت (مطالعه موردي: منطقه هفت عمليات انتقال گاز ايران) بود. اين پژوهش از لحاظ هدف كاربردي، از لحاظ روش جزء تحقيقات توصيفي از نوع همبستگي و از لحاظ شيوه گردآوري داده‌ها تحقيق كمي بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش، كاركنان منطقه هفت عمليات انتقال گاز در سال 1397 بودند كه تعداد كل آنان 400 نفر بود. همچنين نمونه آماري با توجه به جامعه آماري و با استفاده از جدول مورگان و كرجسي با روش تصادفي ساده به تعداد 196 نفر برآورد شد. ابزار اندازه¬گيري اخلاق حرفه‌اي با رويكرد اسلامي پرسشنامه يوسف (2000) و سبك زندگي سازماني پرسشنامه محمدي مقدم و همكاران (1394) بود. نتايج بدست آمده از تحليل معادلات ساختاري با نرم افزار AMOS نشان داد كه اخلاق حرفه‌اي با رويكرد اسلامي بر سبك زندگي سازماني كاركنان تاثير داشت. همچنين ابعاد اخلاق حرفه‌اي با رويكرد اسلامي از جمله امانت‌داري، خوش‌خلقي، تعهد‌كاري، انصاف، صبوري، خيرخواهي، صداقت و عدالت بر سبك زندگي سازماني تاثير داشتند.

Effect of Professional Ethics with Islamic Approach on the Organizational Lifestyle of Government Employees (Case Study: Seven Gas Transmission Operations Area)

Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of ethics on life style with the approach of the Government relying on the organizational performance in the future (case study of seven Iranian gas transfer operations: zone). This research in terms of the objective applied, in terms of the method of correlation and descriptive research component of the type in terms of the method of data collection was a little research. Statistical research community, the region's seven gas transmission operations staff in the year 2018 as their total number of 400 persons. Also, the sample was analyzed with respect to the statistical community and using the table of simple random method with Morgan and krjesi to the number of individuals was 196. The tool measurement of professional ethics by the Islamic approach to the inventory of Joseph (2000) and corporate lifestyle questionnaire Mohammadi Moghaddam and colleagues (2015). The results obtained from the analysis of the structural equations with the AMOS Software showed that professional ethics with the Islamic lifestyle approach organizational impact. As well as the dimensions of the ethics of the Islamic approach, including custody, mood, commitment, fairness, justice, honesty and patience, I benevolence on the organizational impact of lifestyle.
