Anchored wall system is one of the most efficient methods for excavation. In some places that water level is high, not only excavation has to be supported, but also water seepage must be prevented. Nowadays, Jet grouting properly has become a solution method to be used as an impermeable cantilever wall to support the excavation and to prevent water seepage simultaneously. At present, many Iranian companies interest in this method because of its properties such as compatibility in any kind of soils, and operating in hard condition, high speed of completing an excavation, high performance of jet grouting columns and etc. In this research, a case study of the excavation for Maraghe Hospital Building in Maraghe city is presented. In this case, excavation supported by anchord jet grouting wall. Numerical analysis of the wall displacement were examined and the results were compared with site measurements. Influences of different parameters such as thickness of jet grouting wall, length of jet grouting coloumns, lock-off anchor loads and stiffness of jet grouted material were considered on the wall displacements. Finally, financially the optimized method specified. Good agreements were obsereved in this comparative study between the numerical results and the site measurements.
