High blood pressure, which is known as a silent killer, is one of the epidemic diseases around the world. The world health organization has estimated that high blood pressure causes one-eight of deaths in the world. According to study, increasing hypertension increases the chance of brain and heart stroke, heart failure and renal failure. Since walking with moderate speed and foot reflexology are two commontherapies,without side effects for lowering blood pressure, the sole of the foot ,whichplays an important role, is the joint member of theses two Therapeutic solution. Soprobability the effect of different insoles in reducing blood pressure can be important issue. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of walking by silicon insoles and bare feet compare to casual shoes that use, by sample people in daily activities, in changing blood pressure and heart rate. In this clinical trial, three women, who suffering from hypertension and a woman with pre hypertension were selected as samples. first ten days, they walked by bare foot in soil ground, the second ten days they walked by casual shoes and finally the third ten days they walked by silicon insoles. Blood pressure was measured before walking, five and thirty minutes after finishing walking. Analysis was performed by using SPSS 24 Software and pair sample T test. Blood pressure and heart rate were not significantly different in three various situation before walking. (p>0,05) .blood pressure was significantly decreased by bare foot walking compared to casual shoes used by subjects, five and thirty minutes after finishing walking (p<0.05), but there was no significant decrease for silicon insole (p>0.05). Heart rate just decreased significantly, thirty minutes after finishing walking by bare foot compare to casual shoes used by subjects. The result of statistical analysis in this group compare to validation group, that included sixteen women who participated in this project for four days, was similar.
