Abstract
The purpose of this research was Identification, investigation and rooting of factors affecting organizational entrepreneurship in Rightel's communication services company. The statistical population consisted of managers, experts and specialists of the various centers of the Rightel communication Services Company located in Tehran province, totally 438 people.
Using the Cochran equation, the number of statistical samples was 200 people. A researcher-made questionnaires consisting of 26 items was used to collect information. Its formal and content validity was confirmed by 10 experts and its reliability in a preliminary test with 30 subjects for all variables examined was higher than 0.7, which is at an acceptable level. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods of structural equation model were used.
By carrying out this research, the results of this study showed that in order to implement the model, entrepreneurial indices such as indicators related to product innovation, marketing innovation, administrative and process used and studied in the organization, as well as The findings showed that Islamic component of Islamic education has a direct impact on structural component, individual component, semantic component and ground component. Also, the results showed that structural, individual, semantic and ground components had a direct impact on organizational entrepreneurship
