Abstract
Innovation is a key factor in creating global competition that leads to organizational growth and success in the future, and is like a motor that allows companies to take on the sustainability of the global economy. In the past, innovations emerged only from within large corporations through the research departments, and open strategies did not play a role in creating it. Hence, large corporations have grown significantly and profitably, and small organizations did not have a place in big innovations. But today, with the advent of innovative innovation, small organizations have also come up with great innovations.
This research seeks to provide a number of decision-making model for identifying and prioritizing the key factors of the success of the open innovation approach in knowledge-based companies. By reviewing some of the most well-known frameworks and researches related to this field, using a combination of success factors of open innovation conceptual model, factors Effective on the success of open innovation in four main dimensions: communication, human resources, in-organization and outsourcing. The statistical population of this study was industry researchers and managers of pharmaceutical companies with 33 census managers. Ultimately, by analyzing the perceptions of managers through the questionnaire, 19 key indicators of success were obtained through the questionnaire, and in terms of importance and The status quo was analyzed through hierarchical analysis.
In the end, based on research findings, suggestions for policy makers and future research are outlined.
