Mobile crowd sensing has recently emerged as a new pattern for sensing. In this model, individuals participate in the data collection using mobile devices. The mobile crowd sensing cycle includes four steps: assigning sensing tasks to sensors, acquisition of data, data transfer and data aggregation. The mobile crowd sensing cycle includes four steps in assigning sensing tasks to sensors, data collect , data transfer and data aggregation. According to surveys. adjustment the sampling rate is one of the ways to reduce energy consumption during the collection of data. In the proposal, we determine the sampling rate of users in a comparative manner based on effective metrics such as the required data quality of a request, the rate of event detection in each area, and the density of users. If the requested data quality is greater in one application, by increasing the sampling rate (increasing the number of active users in the sensing operation), we can provide better coverage quality. On the other hand, in applications with low precision and coverage, we will reduce energy consumption by lowering the sampling rate. In this way, we will have a balance between the required data quality and the energy consumption of users. On the other hand, the high density of users in a block leads to more data redundancy Therefore, in order to reduce energy consumption and Remove unnecessary data acquisition, we reduce the sampling rate in this case. The next improvement is to select the Appropriate sensing users from the Total existing users. To do this, using the TOPSIS multi-criteria decision-making technique , we will rank the users based on the remaining energy and the probability of the presence of the user in the block based on the location and motion pattern. Thus Users with more remaining energy and more probability of the presence are selecting as active users. We compared the performance of proposed plan in four aspects of the total remaining energy, the cost of sensing, the degree of coverage, and the run-time with the base plan, evaluation results show that our proposal improves in the four mentioned aspects compared to the basic design.
