As knowledge sharing is one of the most important needs in knowledge-based organizations, the need to identify influential factors on knowledge sharing was felt and the factors affecting knowledge sharing were addressed. The most important factors were identified by experts and the impact of gender, work experience and education were also examined. Since in previous studies the more effective environmental factors were directly investigated, according to the experts' opinion, in this research, environmental factors with moderate variable visions have been looked at. A questionnaire has been used to investigate the effective factors and the questionnaire has been extracted from previous research and its validity has been evaluated by the experts. The number of respondents was 83 employees of the Allied Consulting Engineers Company who provided brief information on knowledge management. When distributing the questionnaire, the required explanations were provided to the respondents and aligned with the questions of the questionnaire. Subsequently, partial least squares (PLS) were used to investigate the relationship between variables. Since the knowledge self-efficacy construct did not have the necessary reliability, were eliminated. Other structures had the reliability and validity and showed a good fit. The results show that the organization's environment has a moderating effect on the intention to share knowledge, which means that the attitudes of individuals when they want to share knowledge are influenced by the organization's environment, and if the positive perception environment is shared by the organization and the conditions of the subscription Knowledge has become more knowledgeable, more willing to share knowledge. There is no difference between gender in the behavior of knowledge sharing among employees of the organization, but there is a difference between the education of individuals as well as the work experience of employees, which shows that organizations must pay more attention to these two components in order to increase the level of knowledge sharing, and as education has a reverse effect, People do not need high education and the optimal level of education should be taken. The results of the relationship between the perception of the loss of the power of knowledge, the perception of enjoying helping others and the perception of increasing fame with the knowledge sharing attitude. There was not a relationship between rewards and mutual benefits with the knowledge sharing attitude. The perception of enjoying helping others and increasing their reputation has a direct impact on the attitude of knowledge sharing, which suggests that these individual inclinations contribute to knowledge sharing, while the perception of the loss of knowledge has a reverse effect, and the more fearful individuals are The loss of knowledge has a less willingness to share knowledge, which reduces knowledge sharing among employees in the organization. Organizations should try to provide the necessary job security to employees to reduce the fear of losing the power of knowledge. As with previous studies, there is a relationship between the attitude of knowledge sharing with the intention of sharing knowledge as well as the intention to share knowledge with the behavior of the subset of knowledge, and these factors affect each other.
In the final chapter, we summarize the results and practical recommendations with suggestions for future researchers.
