In this research, a pharmaceutical supply chain network based on sustainability and perishable under uncertainty (demand, transportation costs and capacity) was designed and then, using a hybrid optimistic and pessimistic robust-fuzzy optimization method Control of uncertain parameters has been taken. In order to evaluate the model, a numerical example was designed in small size and the model was solved with 5 decision methods (utility function, Torabi-Hassini method, LP metric method, Goal Programming method and Goal attainment method). To compare the results of the objective functions and the effective responses obtained from the two-objective model, we used the efficiency comparison indicators (averages of the objective functions, NPF, MSI, SM, SI, and computational time). The results show the efficiency of LP metric method of computing time acquisition; goal programming method for obtaining the mean of the first objective function and the SI index; the Torabi-Hassini method in obtaining the average of the second objective function and the MSI index; the goal attainment method in the NPF index; and utility function is to obtain the average of the first objective function. Finally, for comparing and choosing the most efficient, the TOPSIS method is used and, the utility function method is the most efficient method among existing methods is selected. Finally, to solve a larger model, a real case study on the country's pharmaceutical industry was used for two types of drugs used in MS treatment. To solve the two-objective model, the utility function method was used due to its high efficiency in solving this model. The results show that the selection of four centers of Tehran, Isfahan, East Azarbaijan and Khorasan Razavi provinces as the optimal centers of drug production; selection of 8 centers of Khuzestan, Qazvin, Kerman, Kurdistan, Tehran, Isfahan, East Azarbaijan and Khorasan Razavi provinces as the optimal distribution centers Finally, 10 centers of Golestan, Fars, Khuzestan, Qazvin, Kerman, Kurdistan, Tehran, Isfahan, East Azarbaijan and Khorasan Razavi provinces were selected as the optimal retailer centers.
