Abstraction: Kish Island is one of the most important tourist areas of Iran due to the presence of natural and recreational attractions. It attracts a large number of tourists to this beautiful island each year. The provision of temporary accommodation facilities and the provision of services to passengers is one of the main issues affecting Kish Island in this socio-economic interaction. According to recently research carried out by the relevant organizations on tourism, high percent of low-income and middle-class people are considered, and the cheap accommodation conditions available on the island for this cortex not provided. On the other hand, the essence of tourism and the emphasis on social justice on the other, highlights the importance of paying attention to the quality of the structure of cheap residences. The purpose of this research is to examine the concepts of tourism and examine its types, to introduce and understand the methods of industrialization (pre-construction) of the building, and to study more precisely the chosen method of construction, and the characteristics of standard residences and ... an‎d finally, the answer to what design and construction solutions could provide the right quality of spatial structures for cheap, yet quality, accommodation. Sustainable socioeconomic development will be provided as a result of providing these structures that will lead to satisfaction of tourists and subsequent expansion of tourism. Considering the nature of the subject and the variables under study, the present research has used a descriptive analytical method.
