The manufacturing industry in Iran has always faced management problems. Improving the dimensions of project management in the manufacturing industry in our country is one of the important issues. In recent years, manufacturing in developed countries has seen significant benefits in projects through the use of modern building information modeling technology (BIM). However, in Iran, very few construction professionals have turned this technology into their projects. Hence, in order to integrate this, we need to identify the challenges and eliminate them. In this thesis, while analyzing the advantages and uses of building information modeling, a questionnaire consisting of 12 factors that are the main obstacles to implementation of BIM in projects is prepared and among the experts with experience in a cosulting and with a university degree in master's degree and Ph.D. were distributed. As a result of data analysis, the Fuzzy AHP method has been improved, which consists of multi-criteria decision-making methods (MCDM), as well as their prioritization, barriers of managers' lack of support, high implementation costs, and unwillingness to change traditional methods. Respectively, ranked first to third with normalized weights of 0.121, 0.110 and 0.108.
