دانش به عنوان يكي از راه هاي كسب موفقيت تجاري و ايجاد ثروت شناسايي شده است. در واقع دانش يكي از مهم ترين مزيت هاي رقابتي سازمان ها محسوب مي شود. امروزه به دليل آگاهي همه جانبه افراد از اهميت و تأثير مديريت دانش بر رشد و بقاي سازمان، استقرار مديريت دانش در سازمان ها به عنوان يكي از موضوعات اساسي در زمينه كسب مزيت رقابتي مطرح مي گردد. هدف اين پژوهش شناسايي استراتژي هاي اولويت دار شركت حفاري مپنا در راستاي تحقق مديريت دانش بر مبناي مدل نوناكا و تاكوچي مي باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع كاربردي و روش بررسي به صورت توصيفي – پيمايشي مي باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق را پرسنل شركت حفاري مپنا تشكيل داده اند كه با استفاده از جدول مورگان، 63 نفر به عنوان نمونه مشخص گرديد. در اين تحقيق با استفاده از روش دلفي و مصاحبه هاي اكتشافي با خبرگان حوزه استراتژي در شركت حفاري مپنا، استراتژي هاي موثر بر مديريت دانش شناسايي و از طريق پرسشنامه اي با طيف ليكرت، داده هاي تحقيق گردآوري گرديدند. روايي محتواي پرسشنامه توسط استادان مجرب اين حوزه و پايايي آن با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ (881/0) تاييد گرديده است. جهت انجام اين پژوهش و بررسي روابط ميان مولفه ها از روش مدل سازي معادلات ساختاري و نرم افزار SmartPLS استفاده گرديد. نتايج حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل هاي آماري نشان داد كه استراتژي جذب، نگهداشت و توسعه پرسنل واجد شرايط در شركت حفاري مپنا بيشترين تاثير را در پياده سازي مديريت دانش بر مبناي مدل نوناكا و تاكوچي دارد و اين سازمان مي بايست در درجه اول بر اين استراتژي تمركز نمايد.

Identification of Prioritized Organizational Strategies for the Realization of Knowledge Management Based on the Nonaka and Takuchi Models

Knowledge has been identified as one of the ways to achieve business success and wealth creation. In fact, knowledge is one of the most important competitive advantages of organizations. Today, due to the comprehensive knowledge of people about the importance and impact of knowledge management on the growth and survival of the organization, the establishment of KM in organizations as one of the key issues in gaining competitive advantage is raised. The purpose of this research is to identify the priority strategies of the MAPNA Drilling Company in order to implement knowledge management based on the Nonaka and Takuchi models. The present study is an applied research type employing descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the study was MAPNA drilling company personnel. Using Morgan's table, 63 individuals were identified as samples. Then, By Employing effective Delphi method and exploratory interviews with strategy experts in the Mapna Drilling Company, effective strategies were identified on knowledge management and data were collected through a questionnaire with Likert spectrum. Validity of the content of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experienced professors in this field and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha (0.881). Constitutive equation modeling and SmartPLS software were used to study the relationship between components. The results of the statistical analysis showed that the strategy of Attracting, Maintaining and Developing qualified personnel in the MAPNA drilling company had the most effect on the implementation of knowledge management based on Nonaka and Takuchi model, and this organization should primarily focus on this strategy.
