In a comprehensive and systemic view of cities, all arenas and textures are elements and components of a whole. Making negative changes to the balance in each of these urban components will damage the whole urban system.
Urbanized tissue that often focuses on the urban and urban centers of the city has developed over time and in the context of social, economic, and policy conditions, and has shaped the body tissue that we today We recognize them with various titles such as worn out, disrupted, problematic, inefficient textures, and so on. Facing and dealing with this issue, over the past seven decades, both globally and nationally, various policies have been adopted to improve the performance and improve the efficiency of these tissues and have emerged in many situations.
Today, urban regeneration policy is considered as the most comprehensive approach to urban exhausted texture and addresses all the economic, social and physical aspects of cities and its relation with other urban texture. The purpose of this research is to recreate the design of the worn out fabrics of the Pamenar neighborhood in the 12th district of Tehran, which has 120 hectares of area.
Data collection and data collection has been done in both documents and field studies. At the documentary stage, by referring to library resources and related documents in the field of subject literature, data and documents were transcribed in relation to the region and the neighborhood, and at the field stage, by compiling a questionnaire of experts, from 20 experts and experts They were asked to express their views on the indicators on the intervention indicators in their context. Several occasional visits to the neighborhood were also conducted to verify the exact scope. In this research, various design and design models and softwares including GIS, Space Syntax, Photoshop, Atuocad, Sketchup, Expertchoice were used.
The results of this research include three general areas. The first domain relates to the study area. The second domain is to determine the priorities of the intervention in order to identify the design domains that are used in the hierarchical analysis model. The third area relates to the presentation of prospects, goals and strategies, and eventually the proposed proposals that have been attempted to recreate the tumultuous neighborhoods.
