دستيابي به نوآوري هاي فناورانه در حوزة انرژي هاي تجديدپذير اهميت ويژه اي خواهد داشت. ايجاد قابليت هاي تكنولوژيك و نوآوري هاي مستمر براي كسب مزيت رقابتي در حوزة محصولات انرژي هاي تجديدپذير نيازمند ديدي همه جانبه، نظام مند و سيستمي به نوآوري است. دستيابي به تكنولوژي هاي توسعه يافته و كسب مزيت هاي رقابتي در حوزة تكنولوژي انرژي هاي تجديدپذير، نيازمند شكل گيري سيستم هاي نوآوري تكنولوژي در اين حوزه و ايجاد پويايي و تحرك در عوامل كاركردي تأثيرگذار بر آن است. (Surrs, 2009) هدف اين پژوهش شناسايي و اولويت بندي مكانيزمهاي مبتني بر برنوآوري باز است. بدين منظور داده هاي اين پژوهش از طريق پرسشنامه و با استفاده از نظرات 21 نفر از خبرگان در پژوهشگاه نيرو و سازمان انرژيهاي نو، جمع آوري شد. و به منظور شناسايي و بررسي چگونگي ارتباط ميان عوامل موثر برنوآوري باز و نيز اولويت بندي آنها، از فرآيند تحليل شبكه (FANP) استفاده گرديد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داده است كه از ميان معيارهاي مورد بررسي درشركت مذكور، معيار خلق شركتهاي زايشي مبتني بر دانش داراي بالاترين اولويت نسبت به ساير معيارها مي باشد. پژوهش حاضر ميتواند نگاهي جديد در حوزه نوآوري براي مديران سازماني ايجاد و موجب سوق دادن آنها به رويكرد نوآوري باز و مشوق و انگيزاننده مديران وزارت نيرو و سازمانهاي مرتبط در زمينه توليد انرژي مي نمايد.

Identification and Priotization Open Innovation mechanisms for Development of Renewable energy in Iran: The case of photovoltaic technologis in residential sector

Achieving to technological innovations in the field of renewable energies also is important. Creating continuous technology and innovation capabilities for competitive advantage in the field of renewable energy products requires a comprehensive, systematic and systemic approach to innovation. Achieving developed technologies and gaining competitive advantages in the field of renewable energy technologies requires the formation of technology innovation systems in this field and the creation of dynamism and mobility in the functional factors affecting it. The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize mechanisms based on open innovation. For this purpose, the data of this research were collected through a questionnaire and using 21 experts from the Power Research Center and the New Energy Organization. The FANP was used to identify and investigate the relationship between the effective factors of open innovation and their prioritization. The results of the research have shown that the criteria of creation of productive companies khnowledgebased is the highest priority among the other criteria ,used in this company. This research can create a new look in the field of innovation for organizational managers and lead them to an open innovation approach, encouraging and motivating the managers of the Ministry of Energy and related organizations in the field of energy production.
