Today there are several importance study about presentation of turbulence in fluids phenomenon or sloshing. This effect is created by the excitation frequency of an energy wave generator and according To the weight and fluid density discussed, blows the body of a variety of storage tanks, which are responsible for the storage of a two-phase fluid, is carried by that fluid.
In this study considering the earthquake of the Islamic Nation of Iran and the importance of the oil industry Gas and petrochemicals and footwear some storage tanks and the ever-increasing number of new oil storage tanks and equipment with the help of empirical simulation and making a device generating the frequency of stimulating a real earthquake in resonance mode, Started to study this matter. In the LILIUM 1 system that designed and built in this study, every kinds of storage tanks with any structural conditions to simulate realistic earthquakes in the direction x, at constant speed and in resonance mode of each earthquake wave, can be tested. In this research, using innovative methods as well as using articles, studies and standard books in this field and in designed or contracted of storage tanks in the oil, gas petrochemical industry is trying to study the empirical and comparative study of the sloshing phenomenon and ways to prevent damage caused by this phenomenon.
In this research, we tried to find available facilities and accept possible errors in the experimental way; by examining the types of single, double, and triple Plexiglas seams in a cylindrical storage tank, it was shown that with these simple and Taking into account the geometry of the tank, up to 60% of the fluid shocks on the tank wall can be prevented by turbulence. It was also discovered that in this geometry, unlike other numerical results of other researchers, fluid motion spins rotation in clockwise direction after a few seconds after the start of the test in a cylindrical tank, free of any obstacles inside it.
