باغ بقعه ي شيخ امين الدين جبرائيل كلخوران، به دليل وجود ميراث ملي ارزشمند در اين محوطه و بستر يكپارچه و اصيل، نمونه اي منحصر به فرد و ارزشمند از تعامل ميان بنا و طبيعت را به نمايش مي گذارد. در چند سال اخير در پي معضلات ناشي از مهاجرت ساكنين اين منطقه به داخل شهر و خلوت شدن آن، اصالت و يكپارچگي كالبدي محوطه با تهديد جدي روبه رو شده است. عدم ساماندهي صحيح و بي توجهي به منظر فرهنگي آن سبب تخريب بيش از اندازه اين بنا شده است. از نظر متدولوژيِ تحقيق، پژوهشي «كيفي»، به لحاظ هدف تحقيق، پژوهشي «بنيادي-كاربردي» و در نهايت از نظر رويه تحقيق، پژوهشي «كتابخانه‌اي» و استفاده از اسناد و تصاوير تاريخي و روش جمع آوري اطلاعات، بصورت ميداني بوده است. باغ هاي تاريخي جزوي از منظر فرهنگي هستند كه در نتيجه ي تعامل ميان طبيعت و معماري انسان ساخت پديد مي آيند. بنابراين در زمينه ي احياء اين محوطه ها، تنها حفاظت از كالبد مد نظر نيست بلكه در ديد وسيع تر بايد به ارزش هاي ناملموس منظري نيز توجه گردد. اين مكان ها علاوه بر دارا بودن لايه هاي طبيعي داراي لايه هاي ارزشمند تاريخي و فرهنگي هستند بنابر اين نمي توان براي احياي آن ها فقط به چهارچوب تك بعدي تاريخي يا طبيعي پرداخت. لذا در اين امر در كنار مطالعه ي منظر باغ بايد به اصول و قواعد احياء و مرمت باغ بپردازند. با توجه به اسناد بين المللي مرتبط با حفاظت محوطه هاي تاريخي و منظر فرهنگي، تدوين پلان مديريت حفاظتي جهت ساماندهي اين محوطه ضروري است. طرح مديريت حفاظتي با هدف احياء و بازپيرايي باغ شيخ امين الدين جبرائيل تدوين خواهد شد. به همين منظور راهنمايي هاي بين المللي تدوين برنامه مديريت حفاظتي در ارتباط با محوطه هاي ارزشمند تاريخي و فرهنگي بررسي شد و بر اساس اين مطالعات، ساختار برنامه مديريت حفاظتي باغ بقعه ي شيخ امين الدين جبرائيل تدوين شده كه بر اساس آن نيز پيشنهاد طراحي باغ محوطه صورت گرفته است. طرح حفاظت و مديريت با تحليل وضعيت موجود سايت، آناليز نقاط قوت و ضعف، فرصت ها و تهديد هاي محوطه، پلان راهبردي سايت را در جهت حفاظت و توسعه محوطه طراحي و تدوين كرده است. در آخر نيز به عنوان گزينه هاي پيشنهاداتي براي ساماندهي محوطه باغ بقعه و معابر گردشگري محوطه ، طراحي صورت گرفته است. كليد واژه: احياي باغ هاي تاريخي، پلان مديريت حفاظتي، باغ بقعه شيخ جبرائيل، كلخوران،ساماندهي

Therefore, in terms of the restoration of these sites, only the protection of the body fabric is not contemplated, but in the wider perspective, the intangible values of the landscape should be considered. In addition to having natural layers, these places have valuable historical and cultural layers, so they can notcannot be restored to a mono-dimensional historical or natural framework. Therefore, in addition to studying the landscape of the garden, in this regard, the principles and rules of the restoration and restoration of the gardens should be addressed. According to the international documents charters related to the protection of historical sites and cultural landscapes, it is necessary to establish a conservation management plan for the organization of this site. The conservation management plan will be designed with the aim of reviving and rebelling modifying the Sheikh Aminoddin JGebrael Garden. For this reason, international guidelines for the development of a conservation management program in relation to valuable historical and cultural sites were reviewed and, according to these studies, the structure of the conservation plan of the gardens garden of Sheikh Aminoddin JGebrael has been developed, according to which the proposed garden design There have beenhas been suggested. The protection and management plan has been designed and developed to analyze and analyze the status of the site, analysis of the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the site, to plan a strategic plan for the protection and development of the site.
