Meritocracy is a concept that is scientifically and practically of great interest. The subject of this research is " Designing of Human Resources Competences Model for Market -Oriented Organizations (Case Study : Tenax s.p.a company)". After studying various sources about various types of competency models; exploratory interviews with elites and experts in human resources and marketing. The questionnaire consisted of 91 competency components in abilities, knowledge, skills, personality traits and leadership fields Distributed between managers and staff in the marketing and HR department of Tenax company. The data of 86 questionnaires were analyzed using PLS software and method of Structural Equation Model (SEM). According to the results of the analysis, Competences Model was obtained. Afterwards, the field of personal traits with beta factor of 0.68 and 15 competency components (such as lawful, criticism, Consequentialism, and Resilience) is of great importance. Competency field of leadership with beta factor of 0.33 and 7 competency components (such as Human resources development, Strategic thinking, Leadership and Delegation of authority) , Competency field of skills with beta factor of 0.17and 8 competency components (such as Project management, Performance management, Crisis and Budget management) , Competency field of knowledge with beta factor of 0.1 and 7 competency components (such as elements of knowledge management, Technical knowledge and Job awareness) , Competency field of Abilities with beta factor of 0.1 and 9 competency components (such as types of intelligences and thinking) are recommended as competences fields for human resources competency model of a market -oriented organization.
