Abstract:
In the present era, tourism industry is one of the most efficient and profitable investments, and in addition to creating jobs and gaining money and improving the cultural level, it plays an effective role in the economy of a country. Development planners and politicians also support the tourism industry as the main pillar of sustainable development. Sustainable development of tourism is a process which is connected to the quality of life of hosts, meeting the demand of visitors and to the same extent protecting natural and human resources. In the sustainable tourism development approach, by emphasizing on the key role of residents and tourists, the mental indices are mainly used to perceive and evaluate their ideas, attitudes and perceptions about the tourism development in the destination continuously, and efforts has been made to expand this type of indicator.
On the other hand, historical houses in old cities display human thoughts and lifestyles at different eras, and if we do not honor this precious heritage, we would have actually lost the identity of ours and our cities.
Therefore, this thesis addresses the touristic hotels design with the aim of creating economic prosperity through natural tourism, development, improvement and support of local conditions, Improving the public services for tourists and the cultural characteristics development, with the main objective of providing strategies for the tourism development and offering principled guidances.
