To measure knowledge management, Fong and Choi Knowledge Management Questionnaire (2009) included three dimensions of knowledge acquisition, knowledge distribution and transfer, and knowledge Application. Also, Cameron and Quinn (2006) organizational culture questionnaire, which has four dimensions Clan culture, Hierarchy culture, Adhocracy culture and competitive culture, was used to evaluate organizational culture. The results of structural equation model indicate that knowledge management has a direct and significant effect on organizational performance without the presence of organizational culture variable. Organizational culture has a direct and significant effect on organizational performance and has the most impact on organizational performance, competitive culture. Also, knowledge management has a significant effect on organizational culture (Clan, Adhocracy, competitive and hierarchical). Organizational culture has a significant effect on the relationship between knowledge management process and organizational performance. Therefore, organizational culture has a mediating role in explaining the relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance. In addition, the effect of knowledge management on organizational performance is greater considering the role of organizational culture. Regression analysis was used to examine the moderating role of organizational culture in the relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance. It was observed that the effect of moderating organizational culture on the relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance was not significant. Finally, suggestions were made for the use of Digikala's employees and managers.
