Cancer with more than 100 types of malignant tumors can emerge in all ethnic, racial, age, sexual and socio-economic groups and in fact, all human beings have the potential to develop this disease, which is the fourth leading cause of death in advanced countries, the second and in the developing countries (Study Paper on Relation Between Spiritual Well-being and Hope in Cancer Patients). - M. Moghimiyan and F. Salmani, 2012). Due to the chronic nature of the cancer, the patient is forced to accept long-term treatment with chemotherapy drugs. Multiple admissions prevent the patient from having a normal life, and the side effects of chemotherapy deprive him of the ability to enjoy various aspects of life. Meanwhile, hope enables people to see their pain and suffering with a wider view of their current state of affairs (Study Paper on Relation between Spiritual Well-being and Hope in Cancer Patients, M. Moghimiyan and F. Semlani, 2012). The beneficial effects of hope on physical and mental health have been confirmed in various studies (Relations between the attachment style and the life expectations of mothers with children with learning disabilities M.Pahari, M.Poormohammad Rezaei, S.Stalani, Mental Health Journal, 2012). Although cancer affects mental health, it seems that the biggest problem for the patient at this time is the sense of lost and disappointment (Study The Effect of the Therapeutic Group on Increasing the Hope of Women with Breast Cancer-H. Hijjari, B. Ghanbari, A.Abadi, A.Akhamohammadian, F.Hamayi Shandiz, 2008).
