Facility locating is a critical component of strategic planning for public and private companies. [1] It is therefore necessary that many indicators and criteria such as cost or distance from demand points be taken into account. [1] Among the issues of locating facilities, finding emergency emergencies, particularly emergency, ambulance and fire brigades, is important because it is related to human lives. Because if the services are not provided at the right time, it will lead to death of humans and cause many losses. In addition to locating, the issue of coverage is also of great importance. In fact, the combination of these two issues will lead to the facilitating appropriate services and to increase the level of satisfaction of demand points and thus the community and reduce the level of mortality. In other words, the main objective in locating the coverage of vehicle placement in the appropriate places of potential facilities is to provide the highest level of service to demand points, and in addition to increasing the level of general satisfaction, leads to cost reductions. In this research, a mixed integer linear mathematical programming model for the coverage problem is presented to maximize the coverage of ambulances to demand points in uncertainty situations. In order to get the problem closer to the actual situation, several assumptions and constraints are considered for this purpose, which are carefully discussed in the following sections. In order to solve the model, a robust optimization approach has been used, as well as GOM software. Then, in order to check the validity of the model and to analyze the output results, sensitivity analysis was performed on the model and finally its results are presented.
