Today, more organizations seek solutions to reduce costs , improve quality and reduce time. In project organization, the success of projects has a great deal of dependence on having a strong and sustained supply chain and competition between project organization has become the competition between supply chain disruptions. In this context , over the last few years, various conceptual models have been presented. Each them has its own strengths and weaknesses. The research and development has little to be consideration. Therefore, project supply chain management in R&D projects requires an indigenous model tailored to the environment of the defence projects integrated and system to encompass the entire life cycle of the project . the main purpose of this research is to clarify the concept of supply chain management in these types of projects , then identifying influential factors in how to manage supply chain in different fields of research and development industry. finally based on the native model , design a mathematical model for network design in this type of chains .
at first, it identified effective factors by reviewing the literature and current models and interviewing with 10 experts and experts in defence industries. Effective factors were identified and categorized in the whole life cycle in five categories including balance funds, chain strategy, concurrent engineering, decision levels, and environmental factors. then, data collected via questionnaire among 80 managers and related experts. Then, the kolmogorov - smirnov test was used to investigate the effects of the known factors and finally the friedman test to prioritize the effects of the known factors. finally, the local and conceptual model was designed in this regard according to the criteria and experts related to the issue. in the next step, the network design of these chains is modeled as a mathematical model. the validation of the research tool and the model extracted was done by context in all the research stages through survey and interview with the experts panel based on real data in defense industries. Based on the results of this study, the supply chain must be specialized in all phases of the project life cycle, and at any given time it was applied and planned for the project to successfully the project. The application of this research has contributed to the success of R&D projects and industrial development can be publicly applied in project. More organizations can use the results of research in their industries with advanced project as a guide to implement the project supply chain management throughout the life cycle.
