So far, behavioral scientists and designers have worked together to find an effective relationship between light and human behavior, and so numerous studies have been done on various aspects of lighting. When it comes to lighting, an important point to meet the research goals is to address light in a multidimensional concept that includes physiological, psychological, and biological content.
The physiological effects are on the health of the human body and other living organisms, while the psychological effects of light deal with the behavior, environment and the interaction of light with these two, from the passage of perception and most importantly, the visual perception.
The biological effects of NIF are responsible for regulating the vital cycle of the body, alertness, and human mental peace and quality to human activities in the environment.
Resalat Street is one of the urban spaces that, due to its favorable location, embraces everyday people with a presence and demands a quality space. Unfortunately, for various reasons, which will be discussed in detail in the study, such as the lack of biological responsiveness of light in relation to the everyday behaviors of people in space such as sitting places, lack of quality passageways, proper parking places, children's play spaces and lack of Ideal lighting with the goal of brightness and so on does not have good spatial quality. Therefore, the aim of this study is biologic accountability of light design in communal spaces.
In this regard, after reviewing the theoretical literature and forming the main norms of the
research, based on qualitative methods that include field observations and the collection of
opinions of people through the method of differentiation, the components are analyzed in two aspects of biology and social in Resalat Street, and from The results have been used to evaluate the effects of these norms on the behavior of individuals and then to present design solutions.Among the findings, it was found that there is a more significant relationship between biological and human factors than the other two groups. Biological information in the field of ambient lighting includes important factors such as the need for light, space-based positioning, and the identification of time and activity requirements that form the core norms of biological research.
On the other hand, in order to evaluate and evaluate the effects of the norms mentioned on the social dimension of the place, concepts and general theories were examined in relation to the public domain and social components were extracted. In the end, in line with the objectives of the research, the proposed solutions are presented and drawings are designed for movement and access, visual quality, and spatial organization of mission.
