تحقيق حاضر با هدف شناخت وضعيت موجود كميته استعداديابي فدراسيون كشتي جمهوري اسلامي‌ ايران از طريق تحليل دروني و بيروني با استفاده از مدل SWOT صورت گرفت. روش اين تحقيق از نظر پژوهشي توصيفي است و نوع آن مطالعه موردي است. با توجه به محدوديت در تعداد افراد؛ 30 نفر از خبرگان و پيشكسوتان و مدال‌آوران كشتي به عنوان جامعه‌ي آماري در نظر گرفته شدند. جمع‌آوري داده با توجه به مصاحبه ساختاريافته انجام گرفت. روايي صوري توسط كارشناسان و خبرگان تاييد و پايايي آن از طريق محاسبه‌ي آلفاي كرونباخ (76%r =) محاسبه و تعيين شد. با توجه به يافته‌هاي پژوهش كميته استعداديابي از نظر عوامل داخلي (2.079) و خارجي (1.911) نقاط ضعف و تهديدهاي بيشتري را داراست و كميته استعداديابي فدراسيون كشتي در موقعيت تدافعي (WT) قرار دارد. اين پژوهش سعي دارد كه نقاط ضعف در محيط داخلي كميته استعداديابي فدراسيون كشتي را مورد بررسي قرار دهد. با در نظر گرفتن اين مطلب، فرايند استعداديابي در سه بُعد مهارتي، جسماني و رواني قابل پيگيري است. با توجه به محدوديت هاي موجود راهكارهاي رواني براي كشف ورزشكاران مستعد ارائه شد. بر اساس مطالعات ميداني، نظرات ورزشكاران نخبه و روان شناسان، شاخص هاي مهم و تاثيرگذار در استعداديابي رواني شناسايي شدند. با توجه به كمبود نمونه هاي مرجع از روش بوت استرپ پارامتري استفاده شد تا تعداد افزايش يابد. در اين پژوهش دو راهكار براي استعداديابي رواني شامل بازه اطمينان و آماره نقطه-تغيير ارائه شدند. بنابراين به كمك راهكارهاي پيشنهاد شده مي توان فرايند استعداديابي رواني در كميته استعداديابي فدراسيون كشتي ايران تسريع خواهد شد.

The designing and codification of talent identification of Islamic Republic of Iran Wrestling Federation

The purpose of this study is determining the current situation of the Committee of the Wrestling Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran through internal and external analysis using the SWOT model. Our research method is descriptive and its type is a case study. Due to limitations in the number of samples, 30 experts and medalists were considered as a statistical community. Our data were collected according to a structured interview. Verbal validity was verified by experts, and its reliability was calculated and using Cronbach's alpha (r = 76%). According to the findings of the research, the internal factor value 2.079 and the external factor value 1.911 are obtained. Accordingly, this research tries to examine the weaknesses. The process of talent identification can be followed in three dimensions: physical evaluation, mental evaluation, and psychological evaluation. Given the existing limitations, psychological strategies have been developed to discover susceptible athletes. Based on the field studies, the views of elite athletes and psychologists were identified as important and effective indicators in psycho-talent identification. Alternatively, due to lack of the samples, the parametric Bootstrap method was used to increase the number of samples. In this research, two strategies for psychoeducational identification including confidence interval and point-change statistics were presented. Therefore, with the help of the suggested strategies, the psychological scouting process can be expedited at the Iranian Wrestling Federation's nomination committee.
