Abstract:
Due to the limited resources of fossil fuels and energies Produced from petroleum products and also environmental problems, optimization of energy use has a special place in the country. In fact, the optimization of energy use is one of the architectural designer's main concerns in recent years. Increasing the use of double glasses and the importance of this issue in the building rules and regulations in design such as the nineteenth building national regulations in the country is a proof for this claim. The architecture of office buildings on the one hand due to the high energy use of lighting in the major part of the day and on the other hand providing visual comfort in workplaces is also considered. Building design with an emphasis on responsive envelope in addition to providing internal daylighting and reducing energy use also leads to improvements in the quality of interior spaces. There are also many office buildings which not only are unable to provide adequate daylight but also encounter visual problems such as visual discomfort for users. These buildings may have high energy use or wasting of energy due to the lack of proper geometry of the envelope and not considering the use of daylight or shading. According to studies, parametric design method, using tools and approaches makes designer capable of designing solar responsive building with interactive facade. Therefore, the parametric tools are used in the project to analyze information from light and shadow analysis, facade designing and it's optimization in given latitude and longitude. Finally, the building is designed on the basis of a smart inteactive facade as a double skin by creating a dynamic interaction between existing standards, data analysis and formal information.
