In the present study, Magnetic nanocatalysts of the 4-aminobenzoic acid-bearing core-shell silica were synthesized for the first time at an approximate size of 23.5 ± 10 nm, The Fourier Infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Particle Diffuser (EDX) and Magnetic Particle Displacement (VSM) spectroscopy were identified. It was then used as a heterogeneous nanocatalyser in the synthesis of derivatives of 2,3-dihydroquinazolin -4 (1H) -one, which has many medicinal and biological properties. Given the high added value of these compounds, the direct synthesis of 2,3-dihydroquinazolin -4 (1H) -one in recent years has attracted the attention of organic chemists. This nanocatalyst can easily be detached by using a magnet from the reaction of the mixture and at least five times without catalytic action is unjustifiably changed.
