The identification of the most important components of the Udlagan neighborhood is indispensable in order to enhance the sense of place. For this purpose, the assessment of the place's sense of place and its components was done individually. Then, with a quantitative approach focused on individuals and their experience, the sense of place was measured based on the attitude theory and its components using the questionnaire tool. In the next step we deal with the relationship between the sense of place of the inhabitants and its components, using Pearson correlation test. The results showed that, the residents of the Oudlajan neighborhood's sense of place is low in total and the residents' dissatisfaction with physical, social, activity and semantic factors in the neighborhood can be mentioned as some of its reasons. Meanwhile, the weakest components of the sense of place for residents, are safety and security and location cleanliness and in contrast, the existence of a historical and old building and historical value of the neighborhood satisfied residents and it's easy to find directions by residents in this neighborhood. But these factors do not necessarily affect the sense of place of the inhabitants and correlation test showed that "feeling comfortable and calmness", "The vitality and freshness of the neighborhood," and "memories" with high correlation coefficient are the most effective components of sense of place in this neighborhood. Also, the correlation test showed that there is a meaningful relationship between the sense of place of the inhabitants and their sense of honor due to their presence in the neighborhood. and the high level of sense of place makes the residents be more likely to consider themselves as their own neighborhood. But finding directions in this neighborhood has not made a meaningful relationship with the sense of place of its inhabitants, that means despite the ease of finding the paths, this component has not had much impact on improving the sense of place. The results also indicate that the existence of a historical building in the neighborhood of Imamzadeh Yahya and despite the residents' interest in it, this does not enhance the sense of place in the inhabitants and it is only one of the existing capabilities.
