In today's world, the pace of change is huge and competition between humans has increased, so in this situation, everyone who has more creativity will be more likely to achieve his own interests. There is a talent of creativity in most people. for children in the age of growth, is very important to be involved in activation, promotion and direction of creativity.
The main question of this research is how much the effectiveness of residential space features is on promoting the creativity of children. The present study seeks to achieve the Principles of residential space design that increases the creativity of children.
The research method is a combination (qualitative, quantitative) research carried out in four main stages. In the first and second stages of the study, in the form of open - qualitative and open-ended questionnaires, the opinions of the statistical community included psychologists and educators, and in the third and fourth stages, the opinions of the statistical community including the architects (housing domain) were taken and analyzed.
The design principles resulting from the research based on the analysis of the opinions of architects in the field of housing are present in the order of priority. 1- Space flexibility in form and function 2- Providing the presence of nature and natural elements in residential space 3- Change the materials and texture of surfaces 4- Use of lighting and colorful colors 5- Use of lattice walls with different shapes 6 - Using natural and artificial light enough 7. Architectural use of water with the use of its various facilities in the indoor and outdoor spaces 8. Furniture fitting on the scale of the child 9. Design and creation of spaces with acceptable diversity and complexity 10. Play With different colors and shades, using colored glass, lattice windows and ceiling windows.
