The machining is an operation in which the piece of work is transformed into an arbitrary shape through the cutting. Due to the competitive daily production of the market, special attention is paid to the production of better quality products and lower costs. In this context, academic and industrial societies have a special interest in the phenomenon of foul formation during machining in different materials. In this research, the study of the factors affecting the formation of a plethora, such as tool geometry (tool tip radius, angle of attack), shear parameters (cutting speed, feed rate, depth of cutting) has been investigated. Controlling and minimizing the size and burr hardness, which avoids the use of Secondary deburring processes and surface finishing processes, which reduces the cost of machining and increases the speed of production and the optimal life of the workpiece.
