Abstract: Introduction: In this study, in nine chapters, a study has been made to reduce the cost of construction of healthcare facilities, which was investigated in all three areas of decision making, design and operation of a health project, and factors that led to a reduction in the cost of building in a sustainable healthcare facility. Research Methodology: In this study that was conducted in three stages with field studies and the distribution of standard questionnaires from sequencing to decision making in the relevant domains and data analysis. The topic was referred to pathology. With library and online studies and reviewing the texts of research literature, previous studies were categorized and investigated for the purpose of the research. In the final stage, all three areas of decision making, design, and operation of the results were mentioned. - In the first step, this study was considered as a sustainable element from an architectural point of view and the components and areas of evidence-based architecture by qualitative content analysis method. Its components are categorized as evidence-based architectures as the most important. The decision factor to achieve the goal of sustainable construction was described. - In the second step, with the aim of assessing the status of the therapeutic and pathological examination, by studying the previous findings, planning and needs assessment were evaluated as the component that could have the greatest impact on the outcome of the project. - In the third step, with the goal of integrating views and requirements, building information modeling was introduced as a common platform for all project executives. - In fourth step, in order to re-plan during the project and include items not included in the project timeline, the value technique obtained and the percentage of project progress as a modeling framework and prediction of the project's time line to refine the critical project path for the healthcare projects under consideration. - In the fifth and final step of the dissertation, with the provision of various alternatives, the design, compilation, and use of the findings was proposed as follows: • Improve the decision-making process regarding the feasibility and physical planning of health facilities • Assess the design of healthcare design to achieve a sustainable design • Integrate and integrate different perspectives on the design and flexibility of decisions for the overall project health Results: In this research, the hospital has been seen as a unit of the larger network called Health Chain, and planning has been emphasized as the most important factor in reducing the costs of manufacturing, medical evidence and its relevance to scientific tests of the most important factors It has been suggested that the design of the proposed therapeutic design is based on evidence-based design in a wider field in the decision-making platform of the decision-makers. The artificial intelligence tool and the dragonfly algorithm in the area of project management were simulated to find the shortest critical path in the complex system of activities for the health project.
