In recent decades, urban population growth is increasing and as a result, if the basic needs of people are not fulfilled, poor quality will lead to reduced vitality in small and large scales. Separation of land use has led people to spend a lot of time in traveling as well as face a lot of inconvenience. As a result, families have less time to be together and the factors have led to isolation, depression, and less calmness in the society.
The purpose of the study is to investigate the importance of Mixed Use and its impact on different dimensions (economic, social, physical and environmental domains) in order to improve social interactions, urban dynamism and vitality among people in the city.

The effective components have been extracted from the dataset and the interviews were conducted with several professors in the field of housing design. According to the variables obtained from the literature review and the experts’ opinions, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed among the residents of high-rise housing. For quantitative analysis, data was analyzed using SPSS software.
The results of the study showed that the "safety and security" component, "open space" and "natural elements" were the most important and "diversity of activities" was then ranked second.
