The competitive realm that organizations face in recent years is described as a very dynamic and vibrant one. Nevertheless, sustainability in competitive advantage is necessary through the development of individual and organizational capacities for survival in such a situation. One of the effective approaches to improving employee performance and, consequently, improving the organization's performance is the management experience of the staff. In this research, the game management has been used to improve the components of employee experience management. The present research has been conducted with a descriptive / survey approach and with a fundamental-applied purpose. The statistical population of this research is made up of employees of Pasargad Steel Navid Company. The sample size for this research was drawn in the sections of the employee travel map drawing, t test and structural equation modeling. Due to the limited population of the population, 35 people received a census method. According to the senior management's support and emphasis, all questionnaires in all The steps are full. Also, in the departments of the model, using GDemate-ISM test, 9 people were considered using targeted sampling and were considered for analysis.
The indicators that were considered for each of the variables studied in the questionnaire of this research were obtained by examining a wide range of studies in this field. In order to examine the validity and reliability of the questions and confirm the content's validity, 10 Academic lecturers and scientific and experimental experts, and necessary amendments were made (content validity). In order to study the construct validity, the obtained indices were evaluated in the form of gameplay variables, mechanical component, human component, task component, employee performance, performance of the organization, and it was determined that the components are good indicator for the research variables. . Confirmatory factor analysis was performed using SmartPls software. The results indicate that according to the model's fitting indices and the construct validity of the model, they are fitted well and the validity of the questionnaire is approved.
The reliability of this questionnaire was also obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Also, for reliability of the questionnaire, in addition to Cronbach's alpha, the combined reliability method was also used. Cronbach's alpha for the whole questionnaire was 0.86 and the combined reliability of all variables was higher than 0.5, which indicates that the reliability of the questionnaire is high. It should be noted that Cronbach's alpha for all variables studied in this study is more than 0.7, which indicates that the internal correlation between questions is in a proper level.
