شهر همچون يك موجود زنده است كه با زايش و ظهور بناهاي جديد استمرار مي يابد. در واقع شهر محصول دوره هاي تاريخي متعدد است و بار تاريخي ادوار مختلف را به دوش مي كشد. دوران معاصر نيز مطمئناً در اين روند حضور خواهد داشت. ساخت و سازهاي دنياي امروز ما در آينده بخشي از شهر را تشكيل خواهند داد و لايه ديگري را در اين مجموعه ي ميراثي سبب مي شوند و به اين ترتيب خصوصيت و هويت شهرها را شكل داده و ميراثي براي آيندگان خواهند گشت. اين رشد و توسعه ي شهر ها در دوران معاصر تحت تأثير پارادايم توسعه ي درون زا قرار گرفته است .يكي از مصاديق اين زايش و ظهور بناهاي جديد ، طرح بناهاي ميان افزا در بافت هاي تاريخي است. كيفيت اين بناهاي ميان افزا، چگونگي ارتباط آنها با زمينه و نحوه ي نوآوري در طرح اين بناها در كنار احترام به بافت، مسائلي است كه همواره مورد پرسش قرار گرفته است. در اين بين فناوري هاي ساخت چه در هماهنگي ظاهري با بافت و چه در پاسخ گويي عملكردي اين بناها نقش موثري داشته اند. رساله ي پيش رو با ملاك قرار دادن بافت تاريخي مجاور حرم حضرت معصومه (س) به عنوان نمونه ي موردي ، در نظر دارد تا با مطالعه ي گسترده و عميق زمينه در ابعاد مختلف ، مخصوصا زمينه ي اجتماعي و ذهنيت ساكنين محدوده ، به ارائه ي راهكارهاي كلان بازآفريني بافت ، الگوي مناسب معماري جهت ايجاد يك بناي ميان افزا و در پايان فناوري مناسب پاسخ گو به اين الگوي معماري بپردازد. سعي مي شود راهكارها و الگوي ارائه شده از طرفي برطرف كننده ي نياز هاي حال باشد و از سوي ديگر با احترام به ميراث گذشته ، خود ميراثي باشد براي آيندگان. بدين منظور در دو مقياس شهري و معماري راهكارهايي ارائه مي شود. در مقياس شهري با ملاك قرار دادن راهبرد بازآفريني مبتني بر فرهنگ، به تبيين يك مسير گردشگري در بافت پرداخته مي شود. در مقياس معماري هم با توجه به مسير گردشگري و الگوي توسعه ي اقماري حرم (پيشنهادي پايان نامه)، به طرح يك بناي ميان افزا با كاربري هاي چند منظوره اقدام مي شود. الگوي اين بناي ميان افزا با توجه به نتايج به دست آمده از مطالعه ي زمينه، در طيف تضاد تا تطابق با معماري بافت، به سمت تضاد تمايل دارد اما سعي مي شود كه احترام بناهاي با ارزش پيرامون حفظ شود. در پايان نيز با توجه به الگوي به دست آمده، فناوري سازه هاي گريد شل (gridshell) جهت استفاده در پوشانه ي پيش بيني شده ي مجموعه به كار گرفته مي شود. روند فرم يابي اين پوشانه با استفاده از افزونه ي كانگورو در نرم افزار گرس هاپر انجام شده است.

Designing the Cultural Complex of Qom City Contextual approach to use of modern technologies in infill developments.

City is like a living creature that continues with the birth and emergence of new buildings. In fact, a city is the product of numerous historical periods and the historic burden of different periods. Contemporary era will surely be in the process. Today's constructions will form part of the city in the future and will create another layer in this heritage complex, thus shaping the identity and identity of the cities and becoming a legacy for future generations. The growth and development of cities in contemporary times has been influenced by the paradigm of endogenous development. One of the examples of the birth and emergence of new buildings is the construction of intermediate buildings in historical textures. The quality of these intermediate buildings, how they relate to the context and how to innovate in the design of these buildings, along with respect for texture, are issues that have always been questioned. In the meantime, manufacturing technologies have played a significant role in texture harmony and functional responsiveness. Presenting the thesis, by stating the historical context adjacent to the holy shrine of Masoumeh as a case study, intends to provide a comprehensive and in-depth study of the field in various dimensions, especially the social context and the mentality of the inhabitants of the area. High-tech textural retrieval solutions provide an appropriate architectural model to create an intermediate building and, at the end of technology, respond to this architectural pattern. Attempts are made to provide solutions and the pattern offered on the one hand to meet the needs of the present, and on the other hand, with respect to the legacy of the past, it is a legacy for the future. For this purpose, there are solutions to urban and architectural scales. On the urban scale, by specifying a culture-based regeneration strategy, we will explain the tourism path in the context. In the scale of architecture, with regard to the tourism route and the pattern of the shrine's satellite development (thesis proposal), an interprofessional building with multipurpose applications is being proposed. The pattern of this intermediate building, depending on the results obtained from the field study, tends to contradict the contrast between the texture architecture and the texture architecture, but it seeks to preserve respect for the valuable monuments. In the end, according to the pattern, gridshell technology is used for use in the anticipated collection bundle. Formation of this folder was done using the Kangaroo plugin in Grasshopper software.
