Abstract:
Nowadays, with increasing competition and increasing factors of business environment instability, there is no possibility of testing and error in strategy and strategic approaches of companies. Choosing an unequal strategy with the competitive environment will take many business losses. In order to meet that need, what strategy and approach are tailor-made to the business and the environment, Martin Reeves et.al. Have presented a model called Strategy Pallet, This research aims to analyzing the position of the Independent Sales Organizations, Then, by analyzing the key competencies of key employees in these organizations, with the pallet approaches, take a step towards aligning the HR strategy with business strategies. The present study uses statistical analysis, interviewing and modeling of structural equation model, as well as collecting information through literature reviews, reviewing documents and interviewing experts to analyze the position of the business field of Independent Sales Organizations with regard to the strategy palette. The findings of this study showed that this area of the business is in the adaptive environment of the palette. According to this position analysis, the key competencies of the effective workers in the new strategy examined, the effect of some factors is more than other factors in performance.
