The word ” resistance economy” that supreme leader of Iran asserted , never mean austerity economy but it is the solution to prosperity of economy and independence of the country’s economy. To achieve this word, we need economic, social, political and cultural infrastructures that university can play an affective role to achieve these infrastructures. Essentially resistance economy is a series of economic behaviors that boosts infrastructures of Islamic government so in this thought, all political and actual capacity should be used to raise equitable welfare in society. According to university’s power and capacity to train expert manpower and create knowledge based companies by students and faculty members , universities can create entrepreneurship and play a main role to accomplish resistance economy in the country and cause economic output and growth in society. The study to assess the fulfillment of the university's role in the resistance economy and answer their relevant questions has taken three main steps. First, it surveys theoretical and experimental foundations and blanket policies of resistance economy so 130 resistance economy indicators is derived; then after classifying and refining of concepts , repeated and unconnected cases with university constitution are deleted. In second step, a questionnaire is prepared which include 4 components , 24 dimensions and 116 indicators. After feeding it back to experts , the main questionnaire , including 4 components, 21 dimensions and 100 indicators , is compiled. By distributing the main questionnaires and collecting data, in third step validation and analysis were analyzed by statiscal tests and dimensions and indicators study by Friedman test is prioritized so dimension program_ based , scientific educational independence and social justice in order of priority 1,2 and 3, respectively , and other dimensions became next in rank. Finally the result of this study is this way that according to the average rank, importance grade in samples and Kendall’s coefficient of agreement , the dimensions were in four categories. The first category which in more than 80 percent of the survey sample attaches great importance to them , and Kendall’s coefficient of agreement of more than 0.9( very strong) is included dimensions: program_ based , scientific educational independence , social justice , management of physical resources and amendment of administrative reform measures. Second category of 60- 80 percent in importance grade between the samples and the Kendall’s coefficient of agreement 0.7 to 0.9 (strong) is included dimensions: knowledge_ based , entrepreneur, educational scientific growth, consumer culture, incentive policies and services and optimal development of human resources. Dimensions of the culture of jihad and resistance , unity and nation of cohesion , management of natural resources and growing scientific elite are in the third category and 40-60 percent of samples care about them. At last the forth category which less than 40 percent of samples care about them are included dimensions: interorganizational relationship , organizational efficiency, excellent organization culture , look to avoid slogan , endogenous and national and national and international authority
