Sugar, as a crystalline material mainly made from sugar cane or sugar beets, today includes a major share of the household market, with sugar in sugar cane and sugar beet after separating all the salts, Vitamins, proteins, enzymes and other useful nutrients are converted into refined plant to pure sucrose, which after this process is called sugar remaining material.
In this thesis, considering the importance of the process of sugar production, taking into account the design of experimental and specialty, focusing on the experimental design method, has been aimed at increasing the profitability and quality of the sugar production process. The Factor Test Method is a complete test of the test, consisting of two or more factors, each of which has a separate value or "level", and its testing units take all the combinations of these levels against all agents. . A complete design design is also called a complete drawback design. Such a test allows researchers to study the effects of each of the factors on dependent and independent variables, as well as the interactions between the factors of the variables, and the variables such as steam pressure, purity of sugar syrup, dry matter percentage (brix) and temperature are investigated and compared.
The model used for this thesis is a sugar refinery located in Karaj province, and the variables studied were examined using a factor analysis method and finally, using the view of the design method of the test, Which has been used in the same way as external and internal ones. The final results for the experimental factor variables indicate the improvement of the factory performance and its efficiency.
