One of the management challenges in our country is project management in the framework of goals. So that time, cost, quality and scope of the project are not controlled by project agents. One of the solutions to the scientific and management of projects is to take advantage of the know-how of project management and implementation of world-class standards such as PMBOK (Standard Project Management), PRINCE (British Standard Project Management), ISO 21500 or other approved standards. This has been going on for a number of years in our country, but it is noteworthy that the implementation of the standards will not only be fruitful without the localization process and taking into account the needs of the customers, but in some cases, Project organization disrupts. Therefore, in this study, using Elite's views, the quality indicators of project management services were identified and then, by localizing and configuring the SERVQUAL SERVICE QUALITY ASSESSMENT MODEL, we asked customers about these indices. 250 questionnaires were distributed electronically between the statistical community that was randomly selected from among project managers, project managers, workshop supervisors and technical managers. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics are used by SPSS software. Descriptive statistics are used to organize, summarize, prepare tables, chart and describe the collected data and use inferential statistics to test the hypotheses. Also, Friedman test will be used to prioritize factors.
In the results section, there are also some ways to improve the quality of project management services with regard to the prioritization of the indicators. Companies and consultants in the field of project management services can exploit the results of the research to identify the issues that are more important from the point of view of customers and focus on the demands of customers to improve their service quality. In addition to the success of the advisors in this field, this process will lead to the development of knowledge management project in the country.
