Evaluation of the identification and performance of the advantages and disadvantages of different organizations, companies, and systems is always the most important issue of managers and employees. Data envelop analysis (DEA) approach is one the most applicable and methods to evaluate the performance of units the primary models of DEA are suitable for the assessment of the efficiency of Decision-Making Units (DMU) with simple structure. They can’t consider the internal structure and relations, operations process. To evaluating the efficiency of DEA with complex structures, network DEA (NDEA) has been presented by researchers. in this context, DEA is used since electricity industry is as network structures to consider the levels and internal process of company’s organizations. The power industry as one of the infrastructure industries of each country and its relation with the other industries has the main role in the development of the countries. in this study, assessment, and evaluation of the electricity industry efficiency of is studied using DEA and uncertainty.in this, for the first time, fuzzy DEA has been used to evaluate the efficiency of the regional electricity industry in Iran. Also, DEA can evaluate the efficiency and rating in each level of regional electricity. In this thesis, Necessity has been used for evaluation at each level. Sixteen Iranian regional power companies have been selected for this study and the Fuzzy network data envelopment analysis was used for evaluating the performance of the production, transferring and distribution of electricity for them.
